Mandeep was very patient with the numerous all, emails and design changes –
he was super. Mick, the Surveyor, changed my windows and door design and
colour. I’m SO glad he did. The aesthetics of the front of the house are way
better than I had designed. I cant remember the installers name but he was
so polite, talked me through everything he was doing and showed me how the
door worked. I hardly knew he was here. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LWS!!

Luke is so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We have just had our 8th set of bi-fold doors manufactured and installed by LWS. They are hassle-free, and look amazing. The customer service is also second to none.

Excellent service from Luke in the office, good communication throughout, then to the survey team. Bi fold doors delivered on time and for the agreed price. Big mention for the installation lads Jack and Steve who installed the bi folds.

One further point, one of the windows had internal scratches on it, before I’d spotted it Jack had already spoken to the office and agreed the units replacement. That’s customer service..our thanks again to the team from start to finish.
