How quickly can I expect my order to arrive?

We always aim to get your product to you in less than 21 days. In certain circumstances this is not possible but we will notify you of this at the time of ordering. We will then give you a date on which to expect it. In all circumstances we aim to get your product to you as soon as possible.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can collect your order from us. We do require 48 hours notice and is only available Monday to Saturday and by prior arrangement only.

How will my products be delivered?

We offer a 1 man home delivery service. This means that for some of the larger items, somebody that is physically able must be onsite to assist with unloading. This is to keep down our delivery charges. If it’s not possible for somebody else to be onsite, please let our team know and arrangements will be made to assist with this. There may be an extra charge if this is required. Due to the nature of our products, our drivers are only responsible to getting the product to site. If the product can’t reach is intended location, this is the responsibility of the installer.

Will I be notified before delivery?

Yes, we will let you know when to expect your delivery at the point of ordering and, we will let you know before we bring the delivery to you what time to expect us to ensure that it is conve.

Can I choose a delivery day?

We always try to work around your needs, however this will depend on other deliveries and can sometimes cause delays in receiving your order.

Can I delay delivery of products?

Yes, you can delay the delivery of your product for a small time at no extra charge. If this is to be for a prolonged period, we would have to charge a storage fee. This would be discussed at the time and as yet have never had to do this.
